real men wear false eyelashes
I am possessed of Folie A Deux! Thank you, Pete Wentz, for loving Europe best.

I knew I would not be impressed with What a Catch, Donnie, simply because everyone else is loving it and crying over it and wanting to have its little redheaded babies. My mind works like this. To me it sounds like a melodic version of Dance, Dance. Was it supposed to?

I'm surprised no one's mentioned Disloyal Order of Water Buffaloes, because it's my favourite so far (and clearly my opinion is vastly superior, especially considering my musical critiquing skills consist of pointing out that 'I like the bit where he goes dum-bum with his guitar'). But seriously! The bit where he goes dum-bum with his guitar! And tragedy. Oh, P(V)Stump, sing that to me forever.

On the whole, I'm not bowled over by it. It may take a while to grow on me, but it seems to be about the big crashing chords rather than intricate lyrics, which is why I liked FOB in the first place. O well.

I feel rewarded for buying the hard copy by the art in the - booklet thingy? There's a proper name for that, isn't there. The portraits are well cool, but more importantly, I LOVE PETE WENTZ INSANELY. Blue eyeliner AND mascara! No real boy's ever going to live up to him. I'll be single forever. And the bit on the side where it says Your art is being controlled. And the sticker where it says 'This album is so _____!' - Fall Out Boy, because I always thought I would do something like that if I published a book. There's nothing worse than simpering comments that do not even slightly reflect the content they're ejaculating over. (I'm reading City of Bones, which says 'Funny, dark and sexy' on the front, and one of my friends said, 'Oh, that's you!' So I suppose they're not entirely without merit, but still.)

Pete Wentz, please clone yourself for me immediately.

In medical news, my summer project and elective involves playing with rat blood to get platelets out of it or something. I don't know why this excites me. Oh no wait, I do; because I might get a grant and they will pay me for exsanguinating Ratty and his children, Rat, Ratti, Ratteen and Rattlynn. I may louchely fistpump. We’ll see.

Nope, zero lyrics, but Andy does have a bird coming out of his face! It's pretty awesome!

So you agree, the bit where he goes dum-bum with his guitar. :D I don't think it's topped Sugar for me yet, but it's getting there.

Yeah, well I downloaded a bunch of the singles when they came out, but I kinda want the whole experience with the CD.

Hee, money is always an excellent motivation and always a good thing. ;)
