I went on a cooking kick recently. I'm all for anything that involves copious amounts of shopping, even if it is just for seventeen different types of spices. So far I've made chicken noodles and chorizo spaghetti bolognaise.
I realised halfway through making the bolognaise sauce that I didn't have a can-opener. I ended up stabbing a hole in the side of the can with a scissors and letting chopped tomatoes drip into the frying pan at a rate of hours.
